Devon Apex Summer House

The Devon Apex is a modern Summerhouse with large windows to the front with optional windows to the side to allow maximum light to the building.  Also available is a veranda either 2ft or 3ft deep to provide a outside seating area.

There are 5 standard sizes available from 8ft x 4ft to 8ft to 10ft, the apex roof is felted with green mineral felt. The windows can be changed to Georgian style windows, the hinges and pull handle are galvanised as standard but can be changed to black antique style.

The eaves height is 6ft and the ridge height is 6ft 10", the timber is a 16mm boarding and is available as a solvent treatment or pressure treated.  For further information regarding the different treatments please have a look at our information section.
