Devon Pent Summer House

The Devon Pent is a modern Summerhouse with large windows to the front with optional windows to the side to allow maximum light into the building.

There are 8 standard sizes available from 8ft x 4ft to 10ft x 8ft, the sloping roof is felted with green mineral felt.  The windows can be changed to Georgian Style windows, the hinges and pull handle are galvanised as standard but can be changed to black antique style.

The eaves height is 6ft and the ridge height is 6ft 10", the timber is a 16mm boarding and is available as a solvent treatment or pressure treated.  For further information regarding the different treatments please have a look at our information section.
