Local Area Delivery

Delivery to the customer’s delivery address road side or where the vehicle can park is guaranteed, all products will be stacked appropriately and neatly, the products can be taken onto the customers site at the discretion of the delivery driver and at the customers own risk.  Please can you ensure that you inform TJ’s Garden Products immediately if there are any difficulties for instance narrow lanes etc so that an appropriate sized vehicle can be allocated for delivery.

We will deliver the goods to the address identified by you, the courier will not accept any order to deliver to an alternative address unless instructed by TJ’s Garden Products.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs start from £5.00 inc VAT, depending upon where you live the cost of delivery will vary, costs will be identified at the point of ordering.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery timescales are specified on the Website against each product, please note that these timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.  We make every effort to deliver items within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. TJ’s Garden Products shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within our estimated timescales.  We reserve the right to charge for delivery in the event that incorrect information is provided by the customer to TJ’s Garden Products resulting in a re delivery of your order or replacement parts.

Our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm. If you have more than one item on order these may be despatched from several locations and therefore may arrive separately.

Where do you deliver?

TJ's Garden Products deliver to a radius of approximately 40 miles from our centre in Huddersfield.  If your address falls outside of this please contact the customer care team to receive an estimate of delivery costs to your address.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote or rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. Under these circumstances you will be notified when you place an order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. You can have your order delivered to your home address or an alternative address. Please note delivery may take longer in these circumstances.

If you have placed an order you can only change the address details by emailing our Customer Care Team on phone on (01484) 654222 between 9am and 5pm (Monday to– Friday). Please note emails receive priority over telephone messages and we endeavour answer all queries within 24 working hours. Changing your Delivery address may cause a delay in the original delivery timescale or incur an additional charge.

What is the latest time during the day for placing an order?

The cut off time for placing orders is currently 1.00pm (this may vary by supplier). If the order is placed after this time, add another working day. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as a working days for calculating the delivery times. Please note that the normal operating days of the two man service is Monday to Friday if you would like to arrange a Saturday delivery please contact one of our team to see what arrangements can be made, please note that delivery on a Saturday may incur additional charges.
